General Hours / Days You Are Expected to Work- 10-12 hours per week depending on situation. Work camps, and some games. Project based application.
Main Duties- Overall athletic department functions. Help bridge gaps. Worked on Athletic handbook both for Varsity and Club/JV sports. Created a corporate sponsorship packet for the department. Athletic event, Cougar Award Night. Worked on helping set up and prepare the night for athletic teams and staff.
Compensation- Unpaid Internship
Specific Goals- Learn the ropes and perform duties that were required from my specific assistant give by Head AD.
Expected Learning Outcomes- General information, nuisances that textbooks do not mention, organization of material, understanding marketing and marketing schemes (Corporate Sponsorship Packet), and organizational management (hanbooks).

SAU Club HandbookI worked on a club handbook that is going to be used for Spring Arbor University and their club sport teams, which also includes roles of administration, coaches, and players.

Corporate Sponsorship PacketI worked with SAU's expansion and growth supervisor on developing a sponsorship packet to give to businesses or personal identities to market their business or work with association of SAU athletics (Request to upload, file to big)

SAU Employee HandbookBased on the knowledge of the course learned through my experiences I revised the Employee Handbook, with supervision, to ensure roles and identities through Spring Arbor Athletics.
